ABDUL HAMID DAGIA
Mr. Abdul Hamid Dagia is a senior FCA (Chartered Accountant) qualified in 1970. Mr. Abdul Hamid Dagia worked at senior management level in Smith Kline & French of Pak Ltd., KESC, Jahangir Siddiqui Co.Ltd. and Jahangir Siddiqui Investment Bank Limited, He was a member of Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Ltd and member of its Finance & Taxation sub-committee. Has served on the board of several prominent listed and unlisted companies, including the first SECP (securities Exchange Commission Of Pakistan) he was also nominee director of central Depository Co. of Pakistan ltd and minority elected director of Pakistan reinsurance Co.Ltd. (Pakre) and also Chairman Audit Committee (Pakre) he is presently Director of Al-Abbass Sugar Mills Limited, Hum Network Limited, Jahangir Siddiqui & Sons Limited, The Eastern Express Company (Pvt.)Limited . Founder of DATA recall that owns and operates the largest record storage and management facility in Pakistan also founder of Technology Trade (Pvt) Limited (1992) now is the largest Balloter, Share Register & Transfer Agent service provider in Pakistan.

M. JUNAID DAGIA – CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Mr. Junaid Dagia is a Masters in Business Administration from Newport University Chicago. He has very vast knowledge in Transfer Agents services & Corporate Affairs and has very broader vision. As Chief Executive, Mr. Dagia leads and manages the day-to-day affairs of the company. He is the Chief Executive of this company since July 2001.
 
Mr. MUBASHIR HAMID DAGIA

Mr. Mubashir Dagia is Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) from Singapore and hold B.SC (H) degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University. He has worked with reputable Chartered Accountant firm, having completed his professional studies from FTC (Financial Training Company) in Singapore and participated in various workshops and training programs of Singapore Exchange Limited. Mr. Mubashir Dagia is having vast knowledge of Finance, Operations and Investment Management brokerage including Shares Registrar/Transfer Agent and Trustee Custodian Services. Mr. Mubashir Dagia is also Chairman of ACCA Pakistan (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Members Network Panel He is also serving in the following Sub-Committees of ACCA Pakistan;

• ACCA Budget and Taxation Sub Committee

• ACCA Financial Reporting Sub Committee (Chairman)

• ACCA Corporate Governance Sub Committee He has also represented ACCA in Various Forums Including Changes in Corporate Governance Regulations of Pakistan. Mr. Mubashir Dagia is also Nominee of ACCA for World Congress of Accountants 2010 and Nominee of ACCA Pakistan for International Assembly to be held in Kuala Lumpur and London Respectively.

 
Mr. Haris Dagia

Mr. Haris Dagia is ACCA Member and has done BSC (H) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes and joins the company in 2007. Prior to his joining at TTPL, he worked as research analyst – Insurance & Cement sector at JS Global Capital Limited, a JS Group Company & one of Pakistan Largest brokerage house. Mr. Haris Dagia has strong leadership skills and vast knowledge of Finance, Operations and Investment Management brokerage including Shares Registrar/Transfer Agent and Trustee Custodian Services.
